In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Bernstein, J.), dated February 21,1980, in favor of defendant National Airlines, Inc., upon a jury verdict. Judgment affirmed, without costs or disbursements. This is an action to recover damages, inter alia, for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff Joseph Loschiavo when he was disembarking from an aircraft owned and operated by defendant National Airlines, Inc.
