Appellants Day Cruises Maritime, L.L.C. and Corpus Christi Day Cruise, L.L.C. appeal from summary judgments granted in favor of appellee Christus Spohn Health System d/b/a Christus Spohn Hospital Memorial (“Christus”). By three issues, appellants contend that the trial court erred.
