State Ex Rel. McKnight v. District Court

The relatrix has applied for a writ of review or other appropriate writ, to review a district court order giving instructions to a water commissioner. The order was made after a hearing pursuant to an amended complaint filed by the West Side Canal Company, a corporation, under section 7150, Revised Codes. The question raised by the petition here is whether the district court exceeded its jurisdiction, and is therefore within certiorari.
