Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Balbach, J.), *249rendered March 21, 1981, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, criminal possession of stolen property in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Judgment reversed, on the law, and new trial ordered. The findings of fact have been considered and determined to have been established.
