On June 24, 1920, relator was adjudged guilty of contempt for failure to comply with an order of the respondent court, made May *36215, 1920, directing the payment of alimony pendente lite, suit money, and attorney’s fees in divorce proceedings instituted by the wife of relator, and was ordered committed to jail ■until such order is complied with.
