Plaintiff Nicholas Knopick (“Knopick”) brings this putative class action against UBS Financial Services, Inc. (“FS”) claiming that FS, affiliated Swiss corporations, and certain employees of the Swiss corporations disregarded Knopick’s instructions, invested his money recklessly, and as a result lost' most of his $12 million investment.
