Fleetwood (collectively, Plaintiffs), on their own behalf and on behalf of those similarly situated, bring claims for violations of the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) and Texas law against Defendants Complete Business Solutions Group, Inc.
