In this negligent activity and premises liability case, Natasha Tanner asserts claims for the injuries she received when a tank fell from a toilet mounted on an elevated display in a home improvement store and struck her. She asserted claims against the company that built the display on which the toilet originally had been mounted, and the company that contracted to maintain the display from which the toilet actually fell.
