ARTERTON, District Judge.
Plaintiff Cleveland Brown brings a personal injury lawsuit against Adam Strum, alleging fraud and intentional infliction of emotional distress after the termination of their two-month romantic relationship. The complaint alleges that the defendant falsely represented to the plaintiff during the course of the relationship that he was divorced, when in fact he was married and had no intention of seeking a divorce from his wife.
