This action arises out of two mortgage loans made by defendant Fremont Investment & Loan, n/k/a Fremont Reorganizing Corporation (“Fremont”) to plaintiffs Margarette and Jacques Thelemaque (“the Thelemaques”), to purchase property located at 126-128 Elm Street in Everett, Massachusetts (“the Property”). Defendant People’s Choice Mortgage, Inc.
