The plaintiff homeowner, Kenneth E. Silman (Sil-man), seeks relief against his mortgage broker, Ann M. Sabbagh (Sabbagh), and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. (Wells Fargo), the successor to his mortgage lender, Wachovia Mortgage, FSB (Wachovia), for alleged improprieties during the loan origination, the loan modification process, and the initiation of foreclosure.
