There is no bill of exceptions and no question is raised in relation to the court’s findings of fact. So far as material on this appeal, they are to the following effect. In November, 1937, Toney Amborn sued Frank Drozdowicz to recover damages caused by his negligence. He and his wife, Victoria Drozdowicz, then owned land conveyed to them as joint tenants. In September, 1938, he conveyed his interest to his wife; and in October, 1939, she conveyed all of her title to their daughter, Marie Jacobsen.
