MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
WEXLER, District Judge.
Plaintiff Dejuma Campbell (“Plaintiff’) brings this action asserting civil rights claims pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (“Section 1983”), and claims pursuant to New York State law. All claims arise out of an incident, described in greater detail below, that took place on or about March 30, 2011, on the grounds of the Sonderlings High School (“Sonderlings”), within the Brentwood Union Free School District (the “School District”).
