Plaintiff AlterG, Inc. ("AlterG") brings this action against three of its former employees, Sean Whalen, Thomas Allen, and Michael James Bean (the "Individual Defendants") and the competing company they founded, Boost Treadmills LLC ("Boost") (collectively, "Defendants"). AlterG alleges that Defendants infringed its patents and misused its trade secret information to create Boost products.
