The defendant, Giovanni Portorreal, is charged with unlawful possession of marihuana (Penal Law § 221.05), criminal possession of marihuana in the fourth degree (Penal Law § 221.15) and endangering the welfare of a child (Penal Law § 260.10 [1]).
