I. INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff Annie Jouanny works as a receptionist at Defendant Embassy of France in the United States (“Embassy” or “Defendant”). She filed this action against the Embassy alleging age discrimination and retaliation under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-34.
