I. INTRODUCTION
Ariel Antonmarchi (“Antonmarchi”) brings this action against his former employer, Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. (“Con Edison”), alleging violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 1981, the New York State and City Human Rights Laws, and New York’s Whistle-Blower Law.
