I. INTRODUCTION

One month before the jury trial in the above-captioned employment discrimination lawsuit was scheduled to commence, Plaintiffs counsel Ryan Charles Wood-worth filed a motion to withdraw, contending that his client, Plaintiff Mark Awolesi, M.D. (“Plaintiff’), had fired him. (Dkt. 63). Faced With sworn affidavits from both Mr. Woodworth and Plaintiff indicating that the attorney-client relationship had been terminated, the Court granted the motion to withdraw and adjourned the scheduled trial.
