In the application for insurance, which was made in Kentucky, the plaintiff warranted the answers to the questions asked by the defendant to be true, and offered these answers as a consideration for the policy to be issued. The policy, subsequently executed, and dated in New York City, declared that it was issued in consideration of the application, which was made part of the contract of indemnity.
