SWEET, District Judge.
Defendants Sugarhill Music Publishing Inc., Sugar Hill Records Ltd., Sugar Hill Records, Inc., Sugar Hill Music, Ltd., Sugar Hill Music, Inc., Sugar Hill Music Publishing, Ltd., Twenty Nine Black Music, and Joseph Robinson, Sr. (“Defendants”) have moved, pursuant to Rule 60(b), Fed. R.Civ.P., for relief from the judgment of this Court entered on March 29, 2000 in favor of plaintiff Tuff-n-Rumble Management, Inc. d/b/a/ Tuff City Records (“Tuff’).
