Magney, Justice.
On April 16, 1911, Louis Wiedewitsch was an employe of the village of Princeton. On that day, he died instantly from an injury which arose out of and in the course of his employment. The provisions of the workmen’s compensation act applied. Plaintiff, as special administratrix, brought this common-law action against defendants to recover for his death, claiming that the accident was caused through their negligence.
