DONOVAN, District Judge.

The above-entitled action was commenced by the plaintiff by the service of summons and complaint. The complaint by appropriate allegation of separate causes of action sought damages in the amount of $60,000 against the defendants James Fedo and John Fedo (the first named being a minor operating an automobile owned by John Fedo), Sam P. Gallop and Pearl Gallop, as co-partners doing business as Karsbar Bar and Grill, and Zelda Inn Grill, Inc., claiming that defendants Gallops and Zelda Inn Grill, Inc., had sold intoxicating liquor to said minor and that by reason thereof…
