The appellant company by this appeal questions the correctness of the judgment entered in the Appellate Court for the First District affirming the judgment of the circuit court of Cook county awarding the appellee damages in the sum of $3500 for personal injuries received by reason of the negligence of the appellant company. The alleged errors for which it is thought the Appellate Court should have reversed the judgment of the circuit court are, (1) the refusal of the circuit court to direct a peremptory verdict in favor of the appellant company; and (2) giving to the jury instructions Nos.…
