Logan v. Carter

This is an original proceeding in this court for a writ of mandate commanding the defendants Carter, commissioner of reclamation, Baldridge, Lukens, Gillis, Gallett and Davis, members of the state land board, to declare a forfeiture of a certain contract entered into by the state land board on behalf of the state and the Blaine County Irrigation Company on June 29, 1910, supplemented by a later contract in 1917.
