This suit was brought by the Citizens Bank & Trust Company to recover on a note for $5499.22 appearing to have been executed by J. M. Boone, Sidney Boone, and Robert Boone. There was a judgment for the amount of the note, with interest and attorney’s fees, amounting to'$6599, against all three defendants. Sidney Boone and Robert Boone appealed in error to the Court of Appeals and that court affirmed the judgment below.
