This is a will contest, involving the validity of a paper writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Julia Sunday Hamblin, deceased. The contestants are her surviving husband, Neal Hamblin, and her stepson, Ernest Hamblin.^ The ground of contest is that she was of unsound mind.
