delivered the opinion of the Court., This proceeding Avas instituted by Robert Smith and wife, Roxie Smith, against the plaintiff in error, Tennessee Chemical Company, for the purpose of recovering compensation for the accidental death of their son, Robert, Jr., while in its employ.
