This appeal requires that we determine whether the Appellate Court improperly reversed the trial court’s judgment of financial orders because of a misreading of the trial court’s original order regarding the defendant’s interest in the plaintiffs pension annuity benefits. Rosato v. Rosato, 40 Conn. App. 533, 536, 671 A.2d 838 (1996). Because we cannot conclusively determine, in this factually complicated and procedurally complex case, whether the Appellate Court properly reconciled the ambiguous original order of the trial court with an equally ambiguous answer to the plaintiffs motion…
