The dispositive issues in this certified appeal are whether: (1) the Appellate Court improperly *648dismissed the defendant’s appeal as moot; and (2) the trial court improperly granted the plaintiffs request for an injunction permitting it to administer blood transfusions to the defendant against her wishes.
