We review, pursuant to sec. 757.91, Stats., the findings of fact, conclusions of law and recommendation of the judicial conduct panel in the judicial disciplinary proceeding brought by the Judicial Commission against the Honorable Warren A. Grady, circuit judge for Ozaukee county, for his alleged persistent failure to perform official duties.
