Since the organization of the appellant corporation in 1946, petitioner has been its treasurer and a member of the board of directors. As treasurer, the signature of petitioner is necessary to all checks issued by the corporation. Nevertheless, since October 1, 1947, petitioner has been denied access to the books and records of the corporation.
