{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Jakeena Brown, appeals her conviction on two counts of aggravated assault and one count of domestic violence. For the reasons that follow, we affirm in part, and reverse and remand in part.

{¶ 2} Appellant was indicted by a Cuyahoga County Grand Jury on two counts of felonious assault, counts one and two of the indictment. Count one charged appellant with knowingly causing serious physical harm to the victim, Kevin Johnson.
