JOURNAL ENTRY AND OPINION
{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Kevin Williams appeals from his convictions on two counts of attempted murder, two counts of felonious assault, and one count of having a weapon while under disability. His arguments primarily center on the admission of other acts evidence relating to a past criminal charge. He maintains that this evidence not only violated Evid. R. 404(B), but that the state engaged in misconduct by eliciting it and that defense counsel acted ineffectively by failing to seek a limiting instruction as to its use.
