DECISION AND JUDGMENT ENTRY

{¶ 1} This appeal is from the August 25, 2005 judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, which sentenced appellant following his conviction of aggravated burglary, R.C. 2911.119(A)(1), with a firearm specification, R.C. 2941.145, and aggravated robbery, R.C.2911.01(A)(1), with a firearm specification, R.C. 2941.145. Upon consideration of the assignments of error, we affirm, in part, the decision of the lower court. Appellant, Albert Quinn, asserts the following assignments of error on appeal:
