Paul Beckmann pled guilty to one count of possession of child pornography after having been previously convicted and sentenced for possession of child pornography in 2001. See 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(5)(B), (b)(2). The district court 2 sentenced Beck-mann to 120 months of imprisonment, a lifetime of supervised release, and ordered him to pay $9,000 of restitution.
