This is a will contest case. The appeal is from an order of the district court sustaining the will.
Nellie F. Estes, a resident of Minneola, Clark County, died testate on December 18, 1983. She was survived by Gladys Evans, her only child and sole heir. Gladys Evans petitioned for probate of her mother’s will on January 9, 1984, under the simplified estates act. Gladys Evans was the sole legatee and devisee under the will if she survived her mother.
