A distributee has filed with the administrator a renunciation of his intestate share. As an incident to his account, the administrator requests of the court advice and direction as to the manner of distributing the renounced share among other distributees. The question submitted to the court has been discussed at Surrogates’ conferences and as well by our law assistants. There is wide disagreement.
