Frank Arnold was injured in a motor vehicle accident while operating a tractor-trailer belonging to his employer, Blue Ridge Transfer Company (“Blue Ridge”). Arnold brought this declaratory judgment action against his personal insurer, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (“State Farm”), and Blue Ridge’s insurer, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company (“Liberty Mutual”), to determine the allocation and amounts of uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage.
