This issue comes before the Court on Plaintiffs’ Motion for Declaratory Judgment. This case involves multiple insurance policies. On October 24, 2002, this Court presided over the trial between Plaintiffs William Atkinson and Etta Brunell and Defendants Penske Logistics, L.L.C. (formerly Penske Logistics, Inc.1) (hereinafter “Penske Logistics”), Penske Truck Leasing Co., *224L.P.
