Denying Plaintiff’s Motion for Leave to Conduct Discovery

I. INTRODUCTION
Before the Court is the plaintiffs motion for leave to conduct limited discovery prior to a Rule 26(f) conference. In June, the Court granted the defendant’s motion to dismiss the complaint in its entirety and granted the plaintiff leave to file an amended complaint. In advance of its filing, the plaintiff now seeks limited discovery relating to the identity and conduct of certain corporate actors.
