Richard O’Hara was convicted of conspiracy to possess stolen property (Count I) and traveling in interstate commerce to commit extortion (Count IV). 1 O’Hara was sentenced to sixty (60) months on each count, to run consecutively, as well as supervised release and a special assessment.
