Petition by stockholder for an order directing corporation to permit him to make an inspection and examination of its stock record book.

It appears from the papers that the. stockholder made an oral request for such permission early in June 1954,” and again, after receipt of the notice cf the annual meeting dated June 9, 1954, made such request in writing.
