Gertrude R. Cork filed a claim with the executor of this estate in the amount of $60,000 contained in a certain bank account standing in decedent’s name alone at the time of his death on the grounds that said bank account was alleged to have been opened by said decedent for her benefit. The claim was duly rejected by the executor. Later the claimant served the executor with an amended claim in the amount of $60,000 plus interest based on an alleged agreement for compensation of claimant for services, alleged to have been performed by her as decedent’s domestic housekeeper;…
