—Cross appeal unanimously dismissed and order modified on the law and as modified affirmed without costs in accordance with the following Memorandum: This action arises out of a dispute over water service in a shopping center of which plaintiffs are the owners and Pharmhouse Corp. (defendant) is the primary tenant. The dispute arose when defendant discovered that for many years it had been paying for water service to two other tenants, one of which is a laundromat.
