Cross appeals from an order of the County Court of Albany County (Clyne, J.), entered January 4, 1984, which modified a judgment of the Albany City Court granting summary judgment in favor of plaintiffs by reversing so much thereof as dismissed defendant’s counterclaims.

Plaintiffs, attorneys-at-law, commenced the instant action in City Court to recover the balance due for legal services provided defendant in a matrimonial action.
