MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

LAGUEUX, District Judge.

The issue presented to this Court for resolution is whether a single trip by an executive officer of an out-of-state corporation constitutes sufficient contact with the forum state so as to enable a federal district court to obtain personal jurisdiction over the corporatipn without violating its right to due process of law.
