Appellants, as copartners, were the owners of certain real estate in the town of Fairmount, Grant county, Indiana, upon which they had constructed and were oper*611ating an electric lighting plant. They sold the property to one Ingler on payments, and took from Mm a mortgage to secure the unpaid purchase money. Default was made in payment, a suit was brought to foreclose the mortgage, which proceedings ripened into a deed, upon a purchase by appellants at sheriff’s sale.
