These three motions evolve from a contest between the majority and minority bondholders of the 502 Park Avenue Building, known as the Delmonico Hotel. The majority are represented by the S. W. Straus interests, who underwrote and distributed the bonds, are peculiarly related to the enterprise, and who, now that there has been a default, project, sponsor and dominate a reorganization plan. The plaintiffs, who represent the ndnority group, suing for_themselves and others similarly situated, are dissenters from that plan.
