Appeal from Kent; Grove, J. Bill by Delos A. Blodgett and Delos F. Diggins against John J. Foster and Henry N. Anderson for an accounting. From an order overruling a demurrer to the bill, defendants appeal.

This is an appeal from an order of the Kent circuit court in chancery overruling the demurrer of the defendants to the complainants’ bill for want of equity. The bill is filed for an accounting. We shall state only the substantial averments of it, or such parts of *689those averments as are necessary to a consideration of the questions involved.
