RIPPLE, Circuit Judge.
Delores J. Douglas appeals from the district court’s judgment dismissing her complaint for failure to exhaust her administrative remedies under a collective bargaining agreement. Ms. Douglas initiated this lawsuit by filing a state-law tort action in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois, seeking damages from her employer, the Illinois Bell Telephone Co. (Illinois Bell), for the intentional infliction of emotional distress. Illinois Bell removed this case to federal court under 28 U.S.C. § 1441(a).
